Love for nature has always been my inspiration in life.
Nature is beauty.
The seasons paint our hills with ever-changing colours and impressions, without artificial intervention. The leaves, the flowers, nature in general change. The landscape changes without man's hand in it.
Precisely to maintain this special balance, we have decided to practise farming without synthetic chemicals.
The Earth gives us exquisite and perfect fruits.
Exploiting it and polluting it means not respecting it, but above all it means not respecting ourselves.
Our cultivation of grapes, olives, fruits, and vegetables are traditional agronomic crops combined with innovative practices such as ‘flowering green manure’ and ‘dry framing’.
We pay close attention to biodiversity.
In this way we give back to the Earth what we harvest, and she shows us gratitude with products full of taste, colour and poetry.
In my life I have always cultivated: passions, dreams, desires.
Without forgetting my land.
In Diesel Farm, among the vines and olive groves, I find my childhood, my father's teachings, my values.
The Landscape
Marostica is a hilly land lying at the foot of the pre-Alps.
The mild climate and the right humidity favour the flourishing of nature.
Right here, in the province of Vicenza, lies Diesel Farm.
The estate is 300 metres above sea level, and it stretches over five hills, equally distant from the mountains and the sea: 55 kilometres as the crow flies. This intersection of sea and mountain winds creates a unique and special microclimate where nature is left free to breathe.
There are wild boars, roe deer, squirrels, bees, bumblebees, and birds of many wild species.
Even the hawk has returned to repopulate our skies after a very long absence, a sign that he finally feels protected and the master of his home again.
Diesel Farm has no gates, fences, or borders: it is simply a world within a world.
Anyone can enter and immerse themselves in the silence of the forest.
Anyone can walk along the dirt roads, which gently rise and fall.
Anyone can experience the stillness of the countryside and marvel at the authentic nature that we are lucky enough to have right outside our door.
I am happy when I see people jogging, families discovering nature, couples in love enjoying the beauty of the landscape. Diesel Farm is a special place.

and Breeding
The Olive Grove
We are fortunate to take care of a wonderful, centuries-old olive grove.
The ancient trees are located in one of the northernmost traditional olive-growing areas in the world: the Pedemontana del Grappa.
We take care to honour the fruit, which, only 4 hours after harvesting, strictly by hand, is taken to the oil mill for cold pressing.
Here, the golden olives give us one particularly sought-after variety of oil: Olio di Rosso.
Obtained by blending the Leccino, Frantoio and Grignano varieties.
